Once you manage more than 10 clients, every client is billed at the same simple rate. Nothing else changes in the product.
Applies from your 11th client onwards
- Your first 10 clients stay free — the rate is only applied once you pass the limit
- Same full feature set as the free tier — nothing is locked behind the paid rate
- Billed monthly, in line with the clients you actually manage

The 10-client rule
What you pay, in plain numbers
The threshold counts the client organisations you manage. Everything under the limit is free, and the rate applies to every client once you go past it.

Example: managing 12 client organisations costs 12 × $9.95 = $119.40 per month. The rate is charged per client organisation per month and is confirmed by your Click IT provider when billing is enabled on your workspace.
